With 15+ years of experience across hospitality, residential, commercial, and renovation projects of varying scales, we are known for our honest approach and architecturally distinct work, defined by high construction quality and rigorous attention to detail.
From the renovation of historic buildings in Athens to contemporary residential projects across the Greek islands, our work is always guided by a close reading of the physical and cultural context of each place.

COHERENCE
We believe great architecture is the art of synthesizing distinct ideas into one coherent whole. For us, coherence is not built on sameness, but on the orchestration of difference. Like a mosaic, each fragment retains its identity, yet contributes to a singular, legible whole. The “X” in our name marks that intersection: the point where ideas, disciplines, constraints, and processes meet to form one clear vision, balancing architectural idealism with built pragmatism.
